Fukuoka University Ohori High School Kendo Club

A traditional kendo club that has won championships in the Kyushu Tournament and the Gyokuryu Flag Tournament. In 2024, they will win the Gyokuryu-ki tournament for the second time. Since the new team was formed, they have placed first in the Fukuoka Prefecture qualifying round for the National High School Kendo Tournament, and Mori Daisato won the Kyushu High School Kendo Tournament. Furthermore, alumnus Takenouchi Yuya won his second national championship at the 72nd All Japan Kendo Championship. The team is coached by Mori Daiki, who has experience competing in the All Japan Championships.
