Ordering process

Choose the product you want

Please check the product details page for images, colors, materials, etc.

Add to Cart

Once you have decided on the product, click the "Add to Cart" button to proceed to the ordering process.
If you would like to continue shopping, please press the "Continue Shopping" button.

Check out

Please select your shipping address, delivery method and payment method.
If you are a registered member, when you log in, your registered customer information will be displayed. Please check it and then proceed with your order.
*You can place an order without registering as a member.
Finally, a confirmation screen will appear, so check to make sure there are no mistakes and confirm your order.

Order confirmation email arrival

After placing your order, we will send an order confirmation email to the email address you registered. It usually arrives by the next business day, so if you do not receive it, please contact our customer center.

About membership registration

You can register as a member here . You can also register as a member by adding your customer information and setting a password when shopping.

Payment Methods

You can choose from credit card, bank transfer, convenience store payment, Rakuten Pay, PayPay, ApplePay, and GooglePay.

  • About bank transfers

    If you are paying by bank transfer, we will require payment in advance.

  • About credit card payments

    The cards that can be used are JCB, VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, and American Express.
    Payment is only accepted in one lump sum.

    Please be aware of this in advance.

  • Convenience store payment (prepayment)

  • Please bring your payment slip or transfer number and pay at the convenience store terminal or cash register.
    Your payment number will be included in the order confirmation email you receive when you place your order.
    You will need this number to make payment, so please make a note of it when you go to the convenience store.
  • Please note that the name of the payee on the receipt, which is your "customer copy," will be "DEGICA."
  • Please be sure to keep the original receipt and payment slip issued when you complete payment at a convenience store. (If you cannot confirm proof of payment, we may not be able to provide support after your purchase.)

Delivery time

Once we confirm your payment, we will arrange for the product to be delivered.
If the product you want is out of stock, we will contact you and cancel your order.

Cancellations, returns and exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. If the return or exchange is due to our fault (such as a shipping error, a defective or damaged item upon arrival, etc.), we will exchange the item at your expense.

If the size does not fit, we will exchange it for a new one. (In the case of armor, we may need to adjust the size.) We will provide you with the address we specify, so please return the product with prepaid shipping. (We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product.) However, please note that we cannot accept returns on products with embroidered names.

In the case of returns or exchanges due to customer reasons (e.g., wanting to change the color, wanting to exchange for a different product, no longer needing the product, etc.), the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs for returns and re-shipment.

■Refund method

The product price you paid at the time of purchase will be refunded by bank transfer to the bank account you specify.

■Notes regarding returns and exchanges

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following products:

  • Name-engraved, embroidered, and custom-made products
  • Products that have been delivered more than 7 days ago
  • Products that have been used once
  • Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer

*Please contact us first before returning an item. As a general rule, we cannot accept returns sent with COD charges if you do not contact us first. Please be sure to contact us first to let us know that you wish to return an item.
