[Practice method]

[Three points to practice more effectively!]

・The swing is at a 45 degree angle to the floor

・Instead of swinging compactly, swing the tip of the sword in a large arc.

・Check the timing of turning your wrist and tightening your hand at the moment of the strike by listening to the sound.
