Asahimine is the most popular of the Mine series.
The reason for its popularity is that it is a Japanese-made futon that is sewn using the "pitch stitching" technique, making it fluffy and soft like hand-stitched armor, yet still firm and resilient.
Furthermore, Asahimine uses domestically produced navy deerskin and navy blue cloth, giving it a luxurious feel that rivals hand-stitched armor.
We carry out everything from sewing to tailoring of futons at our domestic factories.

→The futon is sewn with pitch stitching, so it fits your face without being too tight, and it won't slip even during intense movements.
The stress-free design will improve the quality of your training and ensure your best performance in competitions.

The faceplate is made of lightweight and highly durable IBB Jura faceplate, which reduces fatigue and makes it safer to use.
By using a pitch stitch sewing method, the futon itself is soft, so even if the shoulder part of the face futon is sewn with a mesh stitch, it will move easily, and you can actually create any shape you like without being hindered by the stitches.

6mm pitch navy deer leather, top of the hand: navy deer leather, middle of the hand: deer hair, inside of the hand: Kusbe leather, raw leather: 1 row
→The amount of core material on the left and right hands of the kote futon is different, with the futon on the right arm, which is hit more often, being thicker.
Not only is it thick, but it is also plump due to the pitch stitching, making it excellent at absorbing shock.
In addition, deer hair is used for the kote head.
Deer hair is hollow and shaped like a straw, so when you hold or hit it, the deer hair breaks and conforms to the shape of your hand.

Body base: 50 reinforced resin black body, chest: embossed chest
→The 50-piece resin torso and embossed chest are made in a workshop in Iwate with particular attention paid to the angle from the lower abdomen to the chest.
