Torso position
RYOKO: "I'll now explain the key points for putting on protective gear. First, the torso. Make sure the torso is not positioned too high or too low, and that it doesn't cover the letters on the hanging name tag."

Wearing the mask
RYOKO: "Next, I'll explain the key points for putting on a mask. First, make sure the mask strings are properly aligned so they don't get twisted."

RYOKO: "The knot should not be too high or too low, but should be tied at the same level as the watchtower."

RYOKO: "Tie the string so that it is no longer than 40cm from the knot."

RYOKO: "When wearing a men-dare, make sure to shape it in a way that protects your shoulders and collarbone."

RYOKO: "That concludes my explanation of the key points regarding wearing protective gear."
