4. How to measure yourself when purchasing protective gear

MAYU: "This is MAYU from Osuka, a kendo equipment specialty store."

RYOKO: "This is RYOKO. This video is for all kendo beginners. Please take a look."

MAYU & RYOKO: "Please"

MAYU: "Now, let's measure the area."

MAYU: First, use a tape measure and pass it all the way from the top of your head to your chin.

MAYU: Next, let's measure the circumference of the pot. We'll measure the widest part of the head.
