This Shibuya accommodation facility was lovingly produced by the kendo equipment specialty store BUSHIZO to provide a comfortable stay for kendo enthusiasts and martial artists visiting Japan from overseas.

The dojo is easily accessible, making it ideal for kendo experiences, tournaments, and sightseeing in Tokyo. The nearest station, Shibuya Station, is served by multiple lines, providing convenient access to Tokyo's major tourist spots.

Free Wi-Fi, a kitchen, furniture, appliances, and cooking utensils are all provided. A supermarket (Life) with a wide selection of groceries is a 5-minute walk away.

Notes on use

🏢 Access and Structure

This apartment is on the second floor of a three-story building. There is no elevator, only stairs. Please be careful if you have large luggage.

📋 Accommodation regulations and documents

We operate in accordance with the Private Lodging Business Act. You will be required to submit your passport and personal information. If you do not submit these, we may refuse to let you stay.

🚗 Parking & Vehicles

Car traffic and temporary parking are prohibited around the facility. If you are driving, please use the nearby paid parking lots.

🔇 Noise

Please be aware that this is a residential area and that noise pollution may incur a fine (21 yen + tax) after 3 pm.

🚬 No smoking

Smoking is prohibited indoors and on the balcony. Smoking and littering will incur a fine (3 yen + tax).

👥 Number of people strictly observed

It is prohibited to exceed the number of people booked. If you exceed the number of people booked without permission, you will be charged a penalty of 20,000 yen per person.

🗑 Garbage disposal

Illegal dumping of garbage in the neighborhood is strictly prohibited (a fine of 3 yen plus tax will be imposed). The same applies to leaving suitcases and other bulky garbage behind.

🧹 Cleaning

There is no cleaning service during your stay. For longer stays, please contact us in advance for additional cleaning (additional charges apply).

🥂 Use for drinking parties

If vomiting occurs during a drinking party, a flat fee of 5 yen will be charged for disposal of the vomit.

🚫 Prohibitions

Noise, smoking, illegal dumping of garbage, excessive numbers of people, soiling or damaging indoor facilities, or taking them home. If you have any questions, please contact our 24-hour support.
