Complete Checkout

Enter your shipping address, select a delivery method, and choose your payment option. No account required — guest checkout is available. Review your order carefully before confirming.

Order Confirmation Email

A confirmation email will be sent to your address, usually within the next business day. If you do not receive it, please contact our customer support.

Membership

A free member account can be created here. You may also register during checkout by adding a password to your shipping information. Membership is optional — orders can be placed without an account.

Shipping Fees

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Window

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Our Error / Defective Items

If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective, we will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a replacement at no extra charge.

Sizing Issues

If the size does not fit, we will arrange an exchange (protective equipment may be adjusted rather than replaced). Please return the item at your own expense to our designated address — we will cover shipping costs for the replacement.

Customer-Initiated Returns

For returns due to a change of mind (color change, different product, no longer needed, etc.), all shipping costs for both the return and re-delivery are the customer's responsibility.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Items with custom name engraving, embroidery, or made-to-order products
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
  • Items that have been used
  • Items damaged or soiled by the customer
