This is the most standard type of shinai. It is inexpensive and has no quirks, making it widely used for training by beginners and advanced players alike.	This is a bamboo sword with a bulge at the handle. The center of gravity is closer to the handle, making the tip of the shinai lighter. For those who prioritize speed.	Also known as the straight sword type. Compared to the doubari type, the handle is less bulged and the center of gravity is closer to the tip. It is preferred by those who want to make a solid hit or a heavy strike.
The handle is oval-shaped, making it easy to hold the bamboo sword in the correct grip.	We have women's bamboo swords from size 37 onwards.	It has high fiber density, is soft, and has good color and luster. It has the advantage of being less prone to cracking and splinters.
The most common and widespread material is Katsura bamboo. The density of bamboo fibers is similar to that of Madake bamboo, and it is characterized by being inexpensive and easy to use.	We also have a wide variety of specially made bamboo swords for practice.
